These terms govern the use of the syndeo.tech website and the services provided by Prisma Trade Company EOOD, registered at Mitropolit Boris 35, 2700 Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria, EIK 203957723, VAT BG203957723.

Scope

Syndeo.tech grants business customers the use of a ready-made booking platform, which is installed under each customer’s brand and connected to the customer’s suppliers. The platform is provided either on a monthly subscription or as a one-off licence, according to the agreed package.

Role in the customer relationship

Under these terms, Syndeo.tech provides software. It does not contract with the customer’s travellers and takes no part in the bookings made through the customer’s platform. The commercial relationship with the traveller, and the relationship with each supplier, belong exclusively to the customer.

Prisma Trade Company EOOD also carries out other activities under its own brands. These activities are independent of the provision of the platform, create no obligations or rights towards the customer and do not affect its operation.

Customer obligations

• To hold the licences and registrations required for their activity.
• To keep their supplier agreements active and valid.
• To keep the admin panel access credentials safe.
• Not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Data and content

Booking and customer data belong to the customer. Syndeo.tech processes them only to the extent required to operate and support the platform.

Intellectual property

The code, design and technical infrastructure of the platform remain the property of Prisma Trade Company EOOD, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The customer receives a right of use, not a right to resell or redistribute the software.

Availability and support

Every effort is made to keep the platform running without interruption. Outages caused by third-party providers, networks or scheduled maintenance do not constitute a breach. Support is provided in Greek, Bulgarian and English.

Payments and term

Prices, payment method and duration are set out in the offer and the signed agreement. The monthly subscription is terminated with thirty days’ written notice. There is no commitment beyond the agreed period.

Liability

The company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service during the twelve months before the event. Loss of profit and indirect damage are not covered.

Governing law
