How long we keep it

Contact details of prospective customers are kept for up to two years from the last contact. Invoices and contract records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Platform customer data

When we install a platform for a customer, the customer is the data controller for traveller data. Syndeo.tech acts as a processor, under a written agreement and only on the customer’s instructions.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Send your request to info@syndeo.tech and we reply within thirty days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

The website uses only the cookies strictly necessary for its operation, such as the language selection. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data is transmitted encrypted, access to our systems is restricted and backups are kept on servers within the European Union.
